About Mawared HR Learning

Mawared was created to address a simple problem.

Many learners understand HR concepts but have never had the opportunity to practise the documents, tools, decisions, and workflows expected in a real workplace.

We build courses that begin with the actual work — a recruitment tracker, an employee file, an attendance sheet, a performance review — and teach the concepts through the tools you would touch on the job.

The gap we address

Between knowing and doing.

Graduates arrive at HR roles with a solid understanding of theory. They know what a job description is, what a payroll register is, and what a performance appraisal looks like on paper.

What they haven't had is time with the actual materials. They haven't built a recruitment funnel in a spreadsheet, drafted a contract addendum, run an attendance reconciliation, or written up a manager coaching note.

Mawared closes that gap by structuring every course around the deliverables of a working HR professional — and giving learners the templates, exercises, and instructor feedback needed to become confident with each one.

How we build courses

Start with the deliverable. Work back to the theory.

  1. STEP 01

    Identify the deliverable

We start with a document, spreadsheet, or decision a working HR professional produces.

  2. STEP 02

    Draft the practical exercise

Learners work with a version of the same document — bilingual, editable, and realistic.

  3. STEP 03

    Teach the concepts around it

The theory is introduced only as it becomes necessary to complete the work.

  4. STEP 04

    Review against a rubric

Instructor feedback is tied to explicit criteria, not vague marks.

The Lebanese context

HR here is not HR anywhere.

Lebanese workplaces run bilingually. Contracts, offer letters, appraisal forms, and internal reports circulate in Arabic and English — often on the same day. HR professionals need to read, write, and reason in both.

Local labour practice, family-owned business realities, small-team HR functions, and cross-border organisations all shape how HR work is actually done. Mawared courses reflect that context in every case study, template, and exercise.

Mission

To help learners practise the everyday documents, tools, and decisions expected in a real HR role.

Vision

A generation of HR professionals in Lebanon and the region who arrive at work ready to do the work.

Purpose

Turn HR knowledge into HR practice — with real templates, real workflows, and real feedback.
